Susanna's Hobbies®では、パターンサポートは行っておりません。
facebookグループ（非公開）について
しかしながら、パターンをご利用いただいている方々や、動画をご視聴くださった方々からたびたび質問を受けることがございます。
そこで、非公開のコミュニティグループをfacebookにおいて作成いたしました。
ここでは、質問がある方、編んでくださった方、動画をご視聴くださった方が自由に感想や知識を交換できる場にしたいと考えております。
グループでのお願い
１．グループのご利用方法
ご質問がある方は、動画のコメント欄ではなく、こちらのコミュニティグループにご記入ください。
私の動画やパターンが問題なく編めた方々には、ぜひアドバイザーとして困っている方のご質問にお答えいただきたいと考えております。
２．有料パターン、会員様限定公開パターンの取り扱いについて
しかし、有料パターンにおける具体的な内容、米山堂の会員様限定公開パターンの具体的な内容につきましては、ご購入下さった方の権利や著作権を守るため、また、非公開の特別サービスに該当および著作権を守るため、質問及び回答を問わず、一部全部を問わず禁止させていただきます。
この規約に抵触すると思われる発言は場合によって削除させていただくことがございます。悪しからずご了承くださいませ。
３．アレンジについて
サイズ変更、糸変更に伴う、アレンジについての質問および回答もご遠慮くださいませ。
パターンに変更を加えたい方は個人の楽しみの範囲でお願いいたします。
４．YouTubeコメント欄について
YouTubeのコメント欄におきましても、同様の質問は非公開、非回答とさせていただきますことをあらかじめご了承願います。
５．パターンをご購入下さった方のご質問について
ミンネ＆Etsyでパターンをご購入下さったお客様、及び米山堂の会員様で、どうしてもパターンや動画の一部が理解できず先に進めない場合も、パターンサポートは行っておりませんので、ご回答できませんが悪しからずご了承くださいませ。
しかしながら、場合によってはグループコミュニティ内において、コメントの中に問題解決への糸口が見つかることもあるかもしれません。また、質問方法を工夫していただくことによって、望む回答が得られるかもしれません。どうぞお気軽にご利用くださいませ。
６．ネガティブな発言と行動について
多くの方が集うコミュニティというスペースの特性から、否定的、または攻撃的な発言は避けてくださいますようお願い申し上げます。
あくまでも善意の方々の楽しい場所として存続していきたいと考えておりますので、不適切な発言や行動が見受けられた場合には、コメントは削除させていただきます。また、引き続き同様のネガティブな行動が見受けられる場合には、アカウントのブロック等の処置を講じる場合もございますことをあらかじめご了承くださいませ。

Currently, Susanna's Hobbies® does not provide pattern support.
About the Facebook group (private)
However, I often receive questions from people who use my patterns and those who watch my videos.
Therefore, I have created a private community group on Facebook.
I would like to create a place where people who have questions, knitters, and people who watch my videos can freely exchange their thoughts and knowledge.
Requests for the group
1. How to use the group
If you have any questions, please write them in this community group instead of in the comments section of the video.
I would like those who have been able to knit my videos and patterns without any problems to act as advisors and answer questions from people who are having trouble.
2. Regarding the handling of paid patterns and patterns available only to members
However, in order to protect the rights and copyrights of those who have purchased the patterns, and also in order to protect the copyrights of those who have purchased them, questions and answers, whether in whole or in part, are prohibited.
Remarks that are deemed to violate these terms may be deleted in some cases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
3. About arrangements
Please refrain from asking questions or answering questions about arrangements due to size changes or thread changes.
If you would like to make changes to the pattern, please do so for personal enjoyment.
4. About the YouTube comment section
Please note that similar questions will be kept private and unanswered in the YouTube comment section.
5. About questions from those who have purchased a pattern
If you are a customer who has purchased a pattern from minne or Etsy, or a member of Yoneyamado, and you are unable to proceed because you cannot understand part of the pattern or video, we do not provide pattern support, so we apologize for the inconvenience.
However, in some cases, you may find a clue to solving the problem in the comments within the group community. Also, by being creative in how you ask your question, you may be able to get the answer you want. Please feel free to use it.
6. About negative comments and actions
Due to the nature of the community space where many people gather, we ask that you refrain from making negative or aggressive comments.
We want to continue to be a fun place for people of goodwill, so if we find any inappropriate comments or behavior, we will delete the comment. Also, if we continue to see similar negative behavior, please be aware that we may take measures such as blocking the account.

オーダーメイド出来る商品は、

なお、記載のない商品、また記載のないサイズに関してはオーダーメイドをお受けできません。

◆オーダーメイドの価格設定について
当店ではレイバーアワー制（労働時給制）を導入しております。
値段に関して高いと思われるか妥当と思われるかはその人次第だと思いますが、時給としてお考えいただければなぜこの価格なのかはご理解いただけるものと考えております。
全て手仕事による作業となるため、時給換算で価格を設定しております。
時給は社会情勢に合わせて予告なく変更する場合がございます。
時給：1200円（消費税別）
※これは現在の平均的なアルバイトの時給程度に設定しております。
日給：9600円（消費税別）
※1日の作業時間を8時間とさせていただいております。
例）
3時間：1200ｘ３＝3600円（消費税別）・3960円（消費税込み）
1日：1200ｘ８時間＝9600円（消費税別）・10560円（消費税込み）
◆材料について
オーダーメイド価格は純粋に手作業に対してのみの価格となりますので、ここに材料代や道具代は含まれておりません。
しかしながら、道具やシステム管理費用は設備に含まれるため請求いたしません。
材料に関しては、それぞれの好みでお選びいただけるよう、バリエーションも豊富にご用意させていただいております。
オーダーメイドをご注文される際は、合わせて材料のご注文も必要です。
